The Danbury Parks and Rec department has verbally approved our project for an outdoor Batting Nets on the cricket field. This will be a monumental achievement for Danbury Cricket Club in its 10th year, and also will make DCC the first club in the tri-state area to have a permanent batting nets pitch. The setup will be identical to what professional cricketers use in England and Asian countries, and we will use the same clay/pitch and matting that is used on the regular pitch.

This Sunday July 17th will be the rematch between our Under 30 and Over 30 teams. The Over 30 will be looking to redeem themselves and come back with a serious mindset and bring the series level. Match will start 12pm sharp, 30 overs. Winners get to brag at the wedding in town on Sunday night ! Come show your support !!
